1. Description of Service

HTTPaste is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to:

• Monitor network requests in Chrome DevTools
• Capture HTTP request and response data
• Share network request details via unique, shareable links
• Organize and manage shared requests via a dashboard

Important: HTTPaste accesses network requests that are already loaded and visible in Chrome DevTools. It does not bypass any security measures, paywalls, or access restrictions.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

• You must create an account to use sharing features
• You may sign in using OAuth providers (Google, GitHub)
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service

2.2 Account Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account use
• You must keep your login credentials confidential

3. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

3.1 Legal Compliance

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not share sensitive, confidential, or illegal content
• Verify you have the right to share any network request data

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

• Infringe intellectual property rights or share copyrighted content without permission
• Share sensitive data including passwords, API keys, personal information, or confidential business data
• Bypass security measures, paywalls, or access controls
• Mass-scrape or harvest data from websites
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
• Use the Service for illegal activities or to harm others
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users or third parties
• Circumvent subscription limits or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated tools to create accounts or abuse the Service

3.3 Content Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for any network request data you share
• You warrant that shared content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• You must obtain necessary permissions before sharing proprietary or confidential data
• HTTPaste is not responsible for content you share or legal issues arising from it

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Tiers

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• Subscription pricing is displayed on httpaste.com/pricing
• Payments are processed securely via LemonSqueezy
• Prices may change with notice to existing subscribers
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion

4.3 Automatic Renewal

• Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• You will be charged the then-current rate unless you cancel
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or LemonSqueezy customer portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

4.4 Refunds

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
• Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Contact hello@saadgulzar.dev with your order ID and reason
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method

5. Service Availability and Modifications

5.1 Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
• We may perform maintenance with or without notice
• We are not liable for service downtime or data loss

5.2 Data Retention

• Free Tier: Shared requests deleted after 3 days
• Pro Tier: Shared requests deleted after 30 days
• Deleted data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered
• You are responsible for backing up important data

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Third-Party Claims

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service. This includes legal fees and costs from third-party claims related to content you share. You are solely responsible for defending against such claims.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account from the dashboard
• Uninstalling the extension
• Contacting support at hello@saadgulzar.dev

7.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You abuse the Service or harm other users
• Required by law or legal authority
• We discontinue the Service

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Your shared requests may be deleted immediately
• Past subscription fees are non-refundable, except approved refunds under Section 4.4 or as required by law
• Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination (liability, indemnification, etc.)

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

By using HTTPaste, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending email notification for significant changes (if applicable)

Your continued use of HTTPaste after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
